Strategic Board Evaluation Partner

When choosing Leadership Elevated for your board evaluation, one of our faculty members will serve as your evaluation facilitator. We’ll collaborate closely with relevant members of your team to tailor survey questions to address specific board development needs and objectives. 

Once the survey is finalized, in consultation with your team, we will distribute the survey to the board. We will compile and analyze the quantitative and qualitative data. Our faculty can also simultaneously conduct individual, confidential telephone interviews with each director to gather context around the survey responses.

based on current practices. Committee
evaluations are focused on process,
committee deliverables, communications to
the full board and to management. We
recommend that committee evaluations
should be completed only by respective
committee members and board leaders.

Director Peer/Self 360 Evaluation:

Director Peer/Self 360 Evaluations help assess and
align your board members to collectively perform
as a strategic asset for your company. They provide
each board member with a completely confidential,
candid view of how the other members perceive
their contribution, which in turn, allows each board
member the ability to improve his/her performance.

When performing peer/self evaluations, our team
will distribute evaluation survey to each director
and compile the results, while our faculty
interviews directors, draws conclusions, and makes
recommendations as to how each director may
utilize the information to be more effective.

Cost for this program is between $15,000-$65,000 depending on the number of participants, components chosen and whether you select a qualitative or quantitative survey or both, and delivery method of the results. We would be happy
to connect and better understand your needs, committees, and board size and
provide a clear all-inclusive pricing.
